The Support Suite is a monthly partnership that blends high-level thinking with hands-on marketing + branding support.
This is for the wellness entrepreneur who needs support when it comes to the thinking and the doing.
As someone who has been building an online wellness business as a nutritionist and yoga teacher for over six years, along with more than a decade of experience in corporate marketing, I bring a blend of real-life entrepreneurial experience and strategic execution support. I understand what it actually takes to build and sustain an online business because I’ve lived it on both sides, the practitioner side and the marketing side.
The Support Suite was born after working with so many clients who not only needed strategy support, but also an extra set of hands to actually get the work done.
Each month, we’ll allocate a set amount of time that can be used based on your evolving priorities.

How it Works:
We begin with a discovery call so we can connect, talk through your current business, and ensure The Support Suite is the right fit for what you need right now. This is a space for us to clarify your goals, explore your priorities, and determine the level of support that will be most helpful moving forward.
Once we decide “this is a hell yes!” we move into your onboarding process, starting with an intake form and onboarding session to align on your current business, your priorities, and what will be most impactful for us to focus on first. WOO! This is where the fun gets started.
From there, we move into ongoing monthly support where we continue refining your strategy while bringing it to life through thoughtful execution.
This is designed to feel collaborative, structured, and supportive, so you’re not left sitting in the in-between of knowing what to do, but not having the time or capacity to do it. Think of us as teammates who are tag-teaming your business together!
