-1 can of wild alaskan salmon
-1/3 cup of Greek yogurt
-2-3 tbs red onion, chopped finely
-2-3 stalks of celery, chopped finely
-1-2 tbs fresh lemon juice
-giardinara for extra spice
-salt & pepper
